Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your first session so we can better understand your individual goals and movement needs. All sessions are by appointment only and may be reserved online or through the studio.

To provide the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that phones be silenced during sessions and Pilates grip socks be worn at all times. Our studio is a no-shoe environment.

Packages are non-refundable and subject to expiration dates. Each package or session plan has its own validity period and must be used within the applicable expiration timeframe. Cancellations or schedule changes require at least 24 hours notice; otherwise, the session may be charged in full.
